Demonstrators in front of the Israeli embassy in Mexico tried to break through the fences

A violent pro-Palestinian demonstration held in front of the Israeli Embassy in Mexico City led to a clash between dozens of demonstrators and the police. The protesters threw stones and Molotov cocktails at the police. Six people were injured.

According to reports in the Mexican media, about 80 people gathered on Tuesday night near the Israeli embassy and tried to break through the fences. The embassy security guards, who were reinforced by the city police before the operation, fired tear gas, after which stones and Molotov cocktails were thrown at them.
