Another huge exit for an Israeli technology company

The Israeli technology company Avalor is on its way to a huge exit.
The cyber giant Zscaler is in advanced negotiations for its purchase for an amount between 250 and 350 million dollars.

The Israeli company Avalor, which develops a cyber solution for databases, was founded in 2022 by Raanan Raz, the CEO, and Kafir Tishvi, the CTO. Now it is on its way to a huge deal with the cyber giant Zyscaler, which has already made one huge deal in Israel, after it bought the Canonic company about a year ago for 50 million dollars.
