The Israeli product makes use of advanced artificial intelligence technologies and thus the children create the story themselves.”
The Israeli startup “Storywizard.ai” which developed an AI platform that allows parents and children to create bedtime stories, won the global finals in MindCet’s Global Edtech Startup Awards held in London.
3,000 startups from all over the world entered the competition, of which the Israeli contestant took first place.
The interesting development that was established a year ago, was created by Ofir Karkar – an expert in royal intelligence and user experience designer and Nadav Yaron – an expert in artificial intelligence.
The two were inspired by being fathers of small children, who were exposed to the latter’s demand for creating high-quality and interesting stories easily and quickly. Storywizard’s potential became clear very quickly.
Ofir and Nadav noticed masses of teachers from around the world who started using the platform in their classes, and they started developing tools for teachers and schools and today the product is used in over 1,500 schools in the world.
Ofir Kraker says:
“The platform allows the students to create complete stories, in their areas of interest, and in accordance with the educational framework defined by the teacher. The students’ engagement increases significantly and there is a great involvement on their part because in practice the children create their own study material”
